Stock Items:
We hold a limited amount of stock of our popular items and so it may take up to 3 days for your order to be completed. Once completed, you will be informed via text or email. You will have 7 days to pick up your item after completion then it will be returned to stock and 50% of your order value will be refunded to you or you can pay for shipping and have it dispatched to you.
Made to Order Items:
Our handmade homware, fashion and accesory items are only made when ordered and so can take
3 - 5 days to be completed. Once completed, you have 14 days to pick up your item or to pay for shipping so that it can be dispatched to you. Otherwise, your item will be returned to auction stock and there are no refunds for made to order items.

Changed your mind?
You can return a stock item for up to 7 days from the date of dispatch for a voucher worth the value of your returned item.
You will have to cover the cost of returning any item(s) or bring the item(s) to our workshop.

We will offer a full refund or replacement, if an item is faulty, not as described or does not do what it’s supposed to.

You can exchange a stock item for up to 7 days from the date of dispatch. The item must be in it's original packaging and completly unused.
Made to Order Items:
Our bespoke items cannot be exchanged.
